What Can Be Returned?

You may request a return if:

  • You received a faulty or damaged product (e.g., leaked attar bottle or non-working product).

  • The product is different from what was ordered.

  • The delivered product appears completely different from how it was shown.

  • The size does not match what you ordered.

  • You are not satisfied with our attar or perfume.

📌 Note: In case of complaints like missing item, empty/damaged package, or theft, you must provide an unboxing video. No complaint will be entertained without the video.

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Used, worn, washed, or soiled items.

  • Opened branded/consumable products unless found defective.

  • Custom-made items (e.g., personalized gifts, handmade packaging).

  • Wrong-size orders made by the customer.

  • Items ordered under sale or discount.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Must include original packaging, tags, invoice, and labels.

  • Product should be unused and in its original form.

  • Replacement depends on current availability.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Report any issue via WhatsApp at 📱 +91 98246 99246 within 2 days of delivery.

  • Clearly mention Order ID, product image, and issue details.

  • Once approved, you must return the product within 7 days.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours.

  • Custom-made items cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing error, non-availability, or stock issues.
